Thank you Scott for helping me purchase my 2023 Ford F150. From the beginning you helped me and explained things to me so they were easy to understand. Being from out of state can pose some challenges when buying a vehicle and you made it real easy and helped to coordinate transportation. On top of all that I really got a great deal. Everyone at O’Connor’s certainly lived up to the reputation. Thank you very much for a great buying experience.

What an amazing experience! Scott provided such excellent customer service. When I arrived to test drive the car, it was positioned to catch every passing eye. There was no pressure to hurry even though I had arrived within an hour of closing. Scott made every effort to make sure I had seen and driven the car as much as I needed to, to make a decision. Ultimately I made the purchase and Scott, while away for a long weekend, made sure the deal was done and the car delivered to my door! Delivery guys Dave and Bob were charming and so sweet. What a great team!! I will certainly be recommending OConnor Auto Outlet to anyone looking to buy!! Thank you for such an easy experience!

Scott VanLuven at O’Connor’s Auto Outlet went way above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership. I saw a car on their website that I was interested in, so I left a message on a Saturday, at a time they were closed, and he called me right back! When he found out I live near West Michigan, he offered to have the car brought to me so I could test drive it. Then, when I decided to buy, he had it immaculately detailed, filled with gas, and delivered to my house! I never once had to drive to the car lot! He was so great to work with. I have to say, it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve had. I’m happy with the price I paid and the quality and condition of the car. Top notch! I will definitely “go back” to O’Connor’s when we are in the market for new vehicles.
